Good first apartment
Pros
Great location, huge living room
Cons
Terrible owner responsiveness, mouse problem, had an issue with a man sleeping in the stairwell

Would live here again
Pros
Super clean and well kept building. Garbage management was impeccable. Walls between apartments are good quality, never heard the neighbors despite some of them having parties frequently. The whole apartment (ex bathrooms) is flooded with light, very pleasant to live in.
Cons
Walls within the apartment are thin, you can hear everything between rooms. Landlady is hard to deal with and combative. Try interacting with them the least possible. We saw 1-2 roaches in a whole season and just when the weather changed, very few pests for what New York is.
