Loud and overpriced
Pros
Close to a nice area, lots of natural light, 1.5 bathrooms
Cons
Across the street from a lumbar yard that blocks traffics often causing so much street noise. Management doesn’t know anything about the building. Changed supers 3 times in one year. Hot water consistently shut off. Thin walls. 50% rent increase with little warning or justification
Advice to the owners
Spend some time at your property and see what the neighborhood is like. Install closets, thicker walls.

Nice apartments but too hot

Too hot in the summer. Unresponsive Super. Would make a bunch of excuses and not fix anything
