Washer/dryer in building removed in the middle of lease Management super unresponsive

Building has Potential
Pros
Nice apartment Love the kitchen even though there is no dishwasher
Cons
Sketchy neighborhood with loud neighbors and dog poop everywhere. No washer/dryer in building Property owners not very responsive
Advice to the owners
Please respond to emails and clean the building regularly
