Mediocre for the price
Pros
Decent area, close to groceries and the Q Line! Has laundry and an elevator as well as decent heat in the winter.
Cons
Elevator can be broke on and off, the laundry room seems a bit small for the building but efficient Roaches in the lobby sometimes but it's basement level so partially expected

Management company very family oriented
Pros
Management fairly responsive. Very fair lease agreements.
Cons
Very outdated apartments.
