BEM is the BEST

Pros

- Responsive Super - Clean common areas - Virtual door key/package cage - Reasonable rent increases - Really wonderful management company

Cons

A few of the neighbors had a loose relationship with general "quiet" hours, ie: blasting music in the middle of the night. However, management was incredibly responsive and we felt they were managing it the best they could.

Advice to the owners

Keep doing what you are doing! We miss BEM :)

Great location and size

Pros

Amazing location, full floor units so lots of light, friendly neighbors

Cons

Had a pest issue that lasted way longer than it should have; management eventually fixed but it was frustrating; stairwells aren't cleaned regularly
