Good for basics
Pros
Price, communication, location, decent space, place holds heat well in winter It’s not bad, good starter apartment. You get what you pay for
Cons
Door buzzer is broken, some roaches, dogs can be loud

Shady and Gross
Pros
The look of the apartment, convenience, location, pretty quiet but no one to regulate the sound of it does get too loud
Cons
Dirty premises, roaches, stolen packages, non responsive landlord, poor building maintenance overall
Advice to the owners
Regular exterminator visits, respond to tenants. The rent here is high enough to get a response on time or to at least care about your tenants
