Mice Everywhere
Pros
-robert, the unofficial doorman who lives in the basement, is always there to help you with your programs and greet you as you arrive or leave. -live-in super -elevator
Cons
-tons of mice in our apartment, even though my roommates and I are relatively clean -super doesn’t always answer the phone when you need him -can be very noisy

Same Shit, Different Building
Pros
I mean. I suppose it's a roof over my head. And the heat is EVER SO SLIGHTLY more reliable than my previous building.
Cons
Oh Lord, where to start... - Lobby is filthy. - "Courtyard" outside my bedroom is filled with loose garbage, moss, dog shit, etc. - Super is a super nice guy, but powerless. - Management is unresponsive.
Advice to the owners
Just be more proactive.
