Landlord the basics

Pros

Súper is friendly and knowledgeable. Building ic locate super close to MTA, plenty of selections of restaurants, and other things such a laundry, cleaners, drugstore.

Cons

Super not given the resources or support needed to make repairs and keep building cleans and beautiful. Currently build has no intercom system for months. Everyone has to walk down for all deliveries. Heat/water is consistent enough in the winters, windows are very old and have many drafts, allow a lot of dirty from the outdoor. Especially if facing Broadway or 184th st

Advice to the owners

Get new windows, it will save on heating cost, provide super with support to make repairs and keep the building clean. Fix the intercom system, take better care of the from today the building.
