Winter cockroaches; very old building; but large units & priced per sq ft fairly

garbage maintenance & landlord responsiveness is good. all the problems with this building are simply those that come with an old building. maintenance is friendly and quick to respond.
Cons
cockroaches all winter no matter when exterminator comes; radiators blasting all winter (not necessarily horrible); rooftop is borderline hazardous, wiring outside looks like 3rd world country, wifi cannot reach all the way to end of railroad style apt; structural damages are painted over instead of fixed.
Terrible Landlords.
Pros
The neighbors are really nice and good views of Nyc.
Cons
The apartment building is disgusting and the landlord will do anything to take the cheap route at your expense.
Advice to the owners
Stop being shady and always being cheap when it comes to fixing issues in the apartment because in the long run you’re wasting more money not spending money up front.
