Loud and Lovely
Pros
The people were amazing and I wouldn’t trade any of my days there for the people whom I got to know. The sunlight was golden, the space was wide, and the price was right. Live music every night, if you’re into that.
Cons
Repairs were infrequent, though the need for them was frequent. Water issues, floorboard crack, gas issues.

Don’t live here there’s no heat

Only pro is living in the heights and transportation
Cons
This building never have consistent hot water or heat. There are leaks in the building constantly, one super for 3 buildings, and the responsiveness is terrible to basic fixes
Advice to the owners
Fix the units before people move in, not just a touch up.
