Great Spot
Pros
Great building, managed well with doormen that actually help keep the property safe.
Cons
heat/ac is sometimes weak, but other than that it is great

Clean building and the doormen are great - know the tenants well which makes the building feel safe.
Cons
Nothing very concerning, building is a little old but no real issues of note.

Renovations would be great but no real issues with building
