Can’t Get Better than This
Pros
Owner responsiveness is superb. Extremely clean and well maintained building and street. Neighbors are extremely kind and friendly. Heat and hot water is fantastic. Really just the best place to live.
Cons
None. Genuinely no cons so far.

The heat didn’t work in our unit, and the mouse problem was not addressed.
