Looks nice but has alot of problems
Pros
Very big and spacious with lots of closets.
Cons
In the winter the water heater turns off so in the mornings you have to manually turn it back on. Smelly garbage. And rent increases every year.
Advice to the owners
To keep up with the buildings maintenance and appearance.
