Nice building in a good location
Pros
The front desk people are nice and helpful, the lobby and hallways are kept clean.
Cons
Can get very loud due to location and inconsiderate people, windows in units are not particularly sound proof.

Water pressure is not great Old building Can be loud depending on your floor
