HORRIBLE BUILDING AND MGMT

Its a brand new building
Cons
Neighbors are loud & rude, seems like a party crowd because I saw keys being left in doors and lost purses in the hallway, empty eaten food containers in the lobby, stolen/missing packages,. The roof is always messy and their decor style looks like nobody cared. The landlord keeps changing their minds about rules, and I heard they give out different rent price for some tenants which isn't fair since every unit looks exactly the same. The basement is always dirty and has a lot of different types of bugs. Laundry machines are ALWAYS broken or someone leaves their clothes without picking it up for HOURS.
