Not worth the price
Pros
Laundry in unit, spacious high ceilings, central air and heating
Cons
The super is completely unhelpful, the applicants are all falling apart, the windows aren’t insulated, the electrical bill will go up by $100 if you use the oven twice, the “secure code to get into the building” doesn’t even work.
Advice to the owners
Hire a super who knows what they are doing, lower your rent prices, and be up front about what tenants are signing up for before they pay for this over priced apartment

Slumlords who will steal your deposit

Garden Level backyard.
Cons
You are dealing with slumlords. Run, don't walk, away from this building and any other place rum by these two Avi Feldman and Charles Hartman at Omek Capital. They will keep your security deposit and ignore basic maintenance requests.
