For the cost, I'd look at one of the newer buildings in the area
Pros
Close to an express train with great delivery options.
Cons
Very little insulation. It takes a lot of $ to heat and cool your unit. Lots of street noise from traffic, to fights and businesses that stay open all hours of the night.

Pros
Location was great.
Cons
Somewhat misleading sublease situation with many issues that were not disclosed before hand.
Advice to the owners
Does not seem to be same management now.
