Great location, easy rent payments

very small. stairs a little dangerous.

Great location, less than desirable apartment
Pros
You absolutely cannot beat the location. Block is gorgeous and just around the corner from st marks makes it much quieter
Cons
The management company is terrible, unresponsive, and will not hesitate to increase the rent as high as they possibly can at the earliest chance they get.
