Pros
Location. Close to the subway.
Cons
Cockroaches Leaks No heat for three winters Super let himself into the unit while I was home alone showering and knocked on the bathroom door. Unresponsive landlord. Had to take them to court to get our security deposit back.
Advice to the owners
Have some empathy next time. These are people’s homes.

Beautifully renovated! Great appliances and clean!
Cons
Could get quite noisy with windows facing street. Bad water heater, very very slow
