Private apartment with yard access Quiet neighborhood Affordable rent
Cons
Landlord upstairs was always making noise - fighting, dragging furniture Low ceilings
Advice to the owners
Have a different light toggle for the kitchen and living room. We didn't like that one switch controlled both rooms
