Good overall, but management is iffy
Pros
Nice modern space with lots of natural light
Cons
You can hear just about every door closing on your floor. The property manager is also not very helpful/responsive unless they need something. Be sure to find out if your renewing or not at the end of your lease. They threaten to charge you for marketing fees if you decide to stay and don’t let them know soon enough.

Easy access to laundry room
Cons
- management unresponsive to complaints of business above us making nose as we worked from home - constantly dealing with sewage flies
