Nice Place to Live
Pros
Super was very responsive to apartment issues. Amenities are great and staff kind and courteous.
Cons
Pest management was somewhat of an issue for our 7th floor unit. Hard to get in touch with real estate agent in advance of lease renewal.

Best amenities - in the City
Pros
I am very grateful to rent this apartment during a pandemic because of the amenities. - free gym with classes - rooftop - sauna - hot tubs - pool - in house dry cleaners The laundry room is on the 3rd floor, not the basement, which makes me feel better about doing laundry. I hate basements. It’s the best building in the City in my opinion.
Cons
The condo board is so strict but I just keep to myself. They had some debate over remodeling the kids’ playroom, but that didn’t affect me.
