Renter beware: Tempestas are a joke
Pros
Neighbors and downstairs wine bar are easy-going, friendly, and the location is almost unbeatable.
Cons
Owners are two spoiled kids who won't lift a finger to answer the phone, repairs won't be made in a timely manner unless you threaten to call 311, and blame tenants when the one maintenance guy can't figure out how to do the job right. Heads-up: the owners' broker picks and chooses who he decides to assess a fee. Turn him down - there's far better buildings in the neighborhood.

Overall OK experience
Pros
The apartment itself was spacious in comparison to others in the area.
Cons
Sketchy neighbors. Packages were stolen on multiple occasions. Property owner almost always unresponsive and rather unprofessional.
