short and sweet
Pros
Everything is near bus, train, store's and to wash clothes it's in the basement...... I also control the heat......
Cons
Management will not reach out right away and the super can be lazy.....
Advice to the owners
Reach out to us if we call , Talk to the super about his job, Many seniors are living in building and need help

Quite , safe, and comfortable units. (Spacious )
Cons
Super is very lazy doesn’t like to help.(resolve) Doesn’t mop. No elevator.
