They never clean the stairway. There a leaking problem fro. The roof to the apt below, management is aware of this but they are unwilling to solve it. DO NOT GET IN THIS BUILDING. They charge 1.5 month of security deposit which is ilegal in NYC.
Advice to the owners
Comply with the law.
