Noise and appliance issues

Overhead lighting is great
Cons
Please be aware that every month we have lived we filed a noise complaint and about an appliances breaking. Incredibly small bedrooms
Advice to the owners
Please stop putting in the cheapest appliances

Clean safe building with noisy neighbors
Pros
It’s safe in the area and the building is well maintained in the halls
Cons
Package theft is an issue, neighbors party loudly but mostly on weekends only, maintenance will close out issues they have not attended to like paint or smoke alarm battery replacement but nothing grave.
