Pros
Garbage is right outside of the apartment in the hallway, so you can throw out trash whenever.
Cons
Poor pest control, too many cockroaches, overall not clean.
Advice to the owners
Find better exterminators/building maintenance

Nice building - great building team
Pros
Nice building. The team is great. Well located.
Cons
People speak super loud in the lobby (not the building team, the tenants...) and some.neighbors are super noisy.
Advice to the owners
Ensure that building rules (regarding noise) are respected. Be transparent about the noise created by the garage.
