Apartment is nice and in a decent area
Cons
Not many issues just the heating was not the best during the winter storms
Advice to the owners
Please find a way to handle to heating issues in the apartment

Charming but needs updates
Pros
Beautiful pre war apartments and original details Friendly neighbors aside from one that lives pretty dirty They vacuum the hallway carpets every week Great location near central park
Cons
Rent increased an insane amount for an old walk-up apartment with no laundry in the building or an updated kitchen, although we had been living there for 3 years
Advice to the owners
Respect tenants that have been there awhile and have kept the apartment in good shape
