Pros
Same block as the f train. The supers are extremely kind and constantly working hard and sweating to keep everything clean. Prewar apartments so they have a lot of space. Nice Neighbors.
Cons
Roach and rat infested. Terrible water pressure. Old appliances that were probably infested with bugs before you got there. When we moved in there were either roach or rat feces in the cabinets as well as the bathroom when we moved in that we had to clean ourselves. It is cheap considering nyc but expensive considering the quality of the building.
Advice to the owners
Use more profits to update the buildings infrastructure.

Bed bug infestation and mice infestation,basement closes at 7 PM which is too early, music is blasted early in the morning, my mom had foot surgery but the elevator was not working so two ppl had to take her up 5 flights of stairs, music blasts every morning and parties every weekend, heat is barely on during the winter season
Advice to the owners
Stop hiking the rent at an outrageous price by forcing your tenants to one year leases instead of two year leases. Stop forcing your tenants out of one apartment and into another small one just so you can fatten your wallet.
