Great people, old building, needed fixes
Pros
Nice, clean, great neighbors
Cons
Very old, always breaking down. TONS of leaks. Management very slow to respond to problems, no laundry. Mice.
Advice to the owners
Make updates to leaks, fix laundry and get rid of MICE!

Well kept building, great location. Nice rooftop
Cons
-Virtual doorman is more of a hassle than anything, there is no buzzer in the unit. -condo building so rented units are rented by owner of unit not building management (could vary your experience a lot!!!!)
