Great place near the trains and buses
Pros
Very well organized. There was a handyman on site who was available to make repairs when needed. Residents were very respectful.
Cons
The elevator would break down sometimes and I’d have to walk up over 10 flights of stairs- sometimes in the summer.
Advice to the owners
Make sure you take care of the elevator problem

Decent Area, Safe Building
Pros
Safe building, security is always on alert and attentive. Building maintenance always on time.
Cons
Broken Elevators, short notice on updates.

Get your security deposit.
