Pros
Quiet, upscale neighborhood with good shopping and restaurants. Convenient transportation options.
Cons
The owner, Zhen Lian Wu is a racist that has zero understanding of LL/T laws. She had her husband tell my Brown son he wasn’t allowed in the building last Mother’s Day. The entire family engages in non-stop, illegal harassment. Police do nothing but “talk” to them.
Advice to the owners
Get a new attorney who will advise you on LL/T laws or sell the building to someone else.
