Bad landlord
Pros
A lot garbage , they don’t repair , and if it’s any repair tenants have to paid for it Roaches , garbage all the time by the trash cans
Cons
Everything it’s so bad .
Advice to the owners
Please repair and don’t charge the tenants for the repairs it’s your job to fixed and don’t charge for ac in the windows Thank you so much!
