Nice large alcove studios in quiet building

Great owner-occupied building on picturesque Park Slope street. Nice neighbors.
Cons
No cons — the building is old, like all buildings around here but the owner keeps everything in good shape.
Advice to the owners
Maybe do an update of hallway paint. & carpeting someday.
