Horrible management company, great neighborhood

This building is in a beautiful location and everyone who lives in the building is kind and neighborly.
Cons
The management company is absolutely horrible. They are completely unresponsive and only care about profit. When I lived there, they refused to address basic concerns and attempted to raise the rent by a horrifying percentage every year. I would not recommend living in this building because of the negligence of management.

Predatory property management, increases rent 15% YoY for current tenants No heat in unit for 4 months, management was unresponsive & did not solve the issue Noisy, on corner of Flatbush, windows are not double-paned so lots of street noise Dirty entry way, building isn't kept clean No exterminator unless a problem
