Just getting started in NYC
Pros
The 7 train is only a 5 minute walk and you are surrounded by markets, restaurants and small shops. The building has a gym on the 7th floor and my apartment is large with central air.
Cons
During the day and weekends the sidewalks are jammed packed with vendors and people that you are bumping into others every few feet. We have a garage in the building but it is so booked that 4 months later and there is still no vacancy for my car.
Advice to the owners
My landlord is amazing! They take care of any issues and are so kind. Could not ask for a better person
