Great place, horrible landlord

Location, neighborhood, size
Cons
Full of undergrads since COVID and they like to throw parties. Landlord is a scumbag with a track record of illegal activity to intimidate and evict tenants. Advice to the owners
Give Umberto a raise and grow some ethics.

Great apartment with elevator

amazing natural light from huge windows. great location! Nice super.

heat was too hot and couldn't be managed in-unit
