Friendly neighbors
Pros
The old time tenants are very friendly.
Cons
Cleanliness. The floors don’t get mopped frequently. Pacakages get stolen frequently, new tenants are very cold and unfriendly.
Advice to the owners
Owner should check-in on cleanliness of the building more frequently

Great neighborhood nice building atmosphere friendly and helpful super. Love hearing the cars and sounds of 14th street
