Nice place to stay
Pros
There is a little outdoor area (pretty barebones but still nice to have people over), great area next to numerous famous restaurants and St. Marks, felt safe to walk around at night
Cons
No elevator, small rooms

Okay. Founds lots of cockroaches
Pros
Location is good, close to supermarkets, and East River Marketplace.
Cons
Cockroaches! Apartment was not clean upon move in.
Advice to the owners
Whole building pest control/ extermination and clean apartment before next attendant moves in.
