Good, Old Building
Pros
Very nice location, quiet generally, laundry in the building, sizable units for the price
Cons
It's old so it shows its age, floors squeak, etc. Recycling needs to be carried into the basement which is more annoying than a real problem

Nasty owner Washing machines always broken, as is the elevator
