What a disappointment
Pros
The historical architectural details are nice.
Cons
Roaches and mice but mostly roaches.

The worst place we’ve lived in NYC
Pros
- Nice size backyard - convenient location to Ferry and G train - close to activities - separate entrance from the neighbors upstairs
Cons
- neighbors are very loud, had a lot of parties starting from 11pm to noon the next day. - neighbors accidentally dropped AC from second floor, very irresponsible and dangerous - landlord refused to return any of the $3000 security deposit, quoting damages, but never provided any proof or receipts. Non responsive with my follow ups - no heating in the bathroom, freezing in winter.
Advice to the owners
- be responsible about returning security deposit, - make sure noise level in the building meets basic living condition
