Cons

Majority of the laundry machines were broken, the doormen let anyone into the building, had roach issues in my unit

Decent clubhouse in complex, extremely responsive handymen staff, friendly security staff, good neighbors in general

At least one elevator is always having problems, leading to huge inconvenience.
