Nice place well maintained
Pros
The neighborhood is beautiful, and the studio was nicely sized and maintained.
Cons
While I liked some of the property management people, others were not always as nice.
Advice to the owners
When I lived there, the rent was reasonable. I only hope that this is still the case. Also, I loved the pest control guy.
