Great Apartment, Bad Noise and Neighbors
Pros
keycard access, central ac works great, washer and dryers in unit.
Cons
So many yappy dogs, people who leave their doors open and let their odors out into the hallway, and their is one guy on the third floor who is a very angry man constantly yelling on the phone

Good Building with Responsive Management
Pros
The apartments are small but they are well appointed.
Cons
There’s a lot of homelessness and drug issues in the nearby park.
