Racist neighbors, landlord blames anything and everything on the newest tenant, he increases your rent everytime he has to fix something. He does not give back your full deposit. He will try to find anything to not do so. Many people complain about him but tenants to move in before anyone can find out. He lure tenants in but putting the rent really low and then increase it as time goes by. He watches your every move and also goes through your garbage. If you live in the basement just know its possible it will become flooded from time to time and then blames the tenant. In addition you have to keep his his items in the house. You have to use his old mattress, old bed frame, and old dressers. There is no parking and he charges $200 per spot. He also talks to the tenants like they are his children and becomes very rude. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!
Advice to the owners
Treat people with respect and accept your responsibilities as an owner and do not have other people pay for what you need to fix.
