Neighbors are nice
Cons
Building needs an insane amount of work. Poor management response and even worst customer service. They normally pay no interest to their tenants concerns and needs. Lots of roaches, mice, and no gas. Heat works sometimes.
Advice to the owners
Tear building down and rebuild

Apartment Complex in the Bronx
Pros
It was a convenient location, lots of stores nearby and shopping centers. The superintendent would fix any issues in a timely manner.
Cons
Sometimes the lobby was not clean and it would smell pretty bad.
Advice to the owners
Ensuring your property is clean and you update appliances, flooring, etc will make tenants happier.
