Pros

Affordable rent; close to Manhattan - one stop on the F train OR the Roosevelt Island tram apartment was updated and very spacious

Cons

The electricity is old. Very few outlets in each apartment. Some neighbors can be loud. Some bugs sighted often. The public hallways could use a facelift.

The building manager is lovely, the front desk staff are excellent, apartments provide good value and some pleasant views of Trinity Church.
