Cons

There are some people in the building that smoke on the higher floors so if you live below you can smell is and sometimes the elevators smell of Smoke. This is a smoke free building I believe so it’s very disappointing

Disrespectful building manager and staff

Resident manager, Valdez Bellchista and handyman, Tommy were so disrespectful as building staff and as human beings. When moving in/out, they make you pay a ridiculous, non-refundable $600 elevator reservation fee.
