Pros
Nicely updated and washer and dryer in unit.
Cons
Stairs were very steep and living room doesn’t have direct sunlight access.

Pretty great!
Pros
Really affordable space in a great neighborhood. Ideal for roommates. Very responsive landlord and super flexible, willing to work with you. Centrally located with everything you'd need nearby
Cons
Incredibly hot during the summer with no ventilation. Living room + kitchen in the apartments have no windows and receive no natural light. Stairs are pretty steep and uneven.
