Great building but area not so much
Pros
Super is great and keeps the nonsense outnof building. Building always clean and quiet for the most part.
Cons
Outside you will see tons of homeless as there is a shelter nearby.
Advice to the owners
Find a way to get these homeless people out the area.

recently moved in and love it so far
Pros
management is very easy to contact, and they respond really quickly. a door in the unit wouldn’t close and they sent someone to fix it within a week.
Cons
the doors slam loudly and quickly and people aren’t always the best at catching them. also, the floors are squeaky. there isn’t a good place to get packages, and there isn’t anywhere to safely store a bike
